Follow-up/ Update
Dear Mr. Goldberg, I received a letter from the company that wrongfully terminated me. After I had sent in the appeal paperwork with the polygraph report. This is what they said. I want to thank you so very much.
They said the following:
Dear Mechele, This is to inform you that the Appeals Board met reviewed your issue and all documents submitted. Accordingly, the board has decided to overturn your termination from employment and reinstate your employment and restore your service date as well as your request for a different location will be granted.

In January of this year 2023 an individual who will be unnamed went to a Polygraph Examiner and business in Norfolk Virginia. Keep in mind there is only one examiner and only one polygraph business located in Norfolk, VA. This examiner tested this unnamed individual and passed him for a serious heinous offense dealing with minors online. The examiner stated no such crime occurred and NO DECEPTION was indicated on the test the individual took.
Low and behold the same unnamed individual came to the expert examiner David at Executive Protection Group Polygraph Service located in Virginia Beach per a special request to be tested for the exact identical same issue. This unnamed individual not only failed his test he took at Executive Protection Group Polygraph Service for the issue he allegedly passed at the Norfolk Polygraph business but admitted to the offense involving 30 minors online and up to 100 and also admitted to beating the test the examiner in Norfolk administered him.
VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO TAKE AWAY!! The examiner in Norfolk, Virginia allowed someone who victimizes minors to roam the streets. Had that individual never step foot in Executive Protection Group Polygraph Service in hopes of having passed not one but two polygraph tests and in hopes of getting away with beating this expert examiner he would still be victimizing minors due to the poor inaccurate inexperience results of that examiner in Norfolk.
Lastly, if you don't really care about getting real accurate results and want to only care about spending less and getting in an office quickly with inexperience examiners than be very cautious with the examiner you choose as you will get what you paid for and get the wrong inaccurate results. Having a child pass away is one extremely traumatic situation. Being accused by family members that you are the one that caused it is a totally sick and demented and goes in a different direction. I was fed up and tired of years of being talked about behind my back hearing rumors of things such as "did you hear she caused the death of her child" Or she was a terrible mother and her baby died because of her" I was done. The only way to prove myself of years of torment by former family members and ex friends was to get a polygraph. Where else to get one than with David. His testimonials are why I chose to go to him. Upon my arrival you can expect my anxiety was through the roof. When David spoke to me about how the exam was going to be done and that he would interview me about the passing of my child. I wanted to write this review, not only to acknowledge the integrity and professionalism of Mr. Goldberg but also to hopefully help someone else struggling with questions that impact their marriage, their lives and their children’s lives. While separated from my spouse and considering reconciliation, I found out information that made me question many things about my 14 years of marriage and my spouse’s character. The information involved infidelity and led me to believe that I was married to a serial cheater. While my spouse denied the most damaging part of the information that I received, there was an issue that he acknowledged. Still, I was left with plenty of questions and wondering if I ever knew the person I was married to. Most importantly, the doubt and trust issues made it almost impossible for me to consider reconciliation or even to continue to co-parent our children in a respectful manner. First as you know I had called around and spoke to another local examiner before I called and scheduled an appointment with you. When I called that other examiner I was just trying to get information only as I have never had some one or myself taken a lie detector test before. After speaking to the examiner I was worried and more confused that if I go to them would I get what I am needing. This was a very very serious situation as you know. Allow me to tell you what a fraud and dangerous local Norfolk examiner in Norfolk Virginia. I went there in January 2019, I had very specific questions to ask my wife. After the examiner name not to be mentioned DO NOT WANT TO GIVE HIM CREDIT tested my wife he came out and they meaning my wife and the examiner were very friendly coming out. He told me my wife passed. Something did not feel right with me when we left the office. I questioned my wife repeatedly after the test and later she admitted to lying to the examiner and beating him. I called Norfolk Examiner telling him my wife lied and he does not know what he is doing and he was scared on the phone and told me my wife passed and sends a one page report. Then sends a clarifying email after he knows he messed up to cover his A__.
I went to Mr. Goldberg of Executive Protection Group Polygraph Service in April 2019. I had my wife re-tested again and this time the testing was real, same questions, but the exam was longer, more in depth and my wife admitted again this time to Examiner David that she lied to the Norfolk Examiner and beat his test. This time she admitted to everything that was asked of her by David Goldberg and the entire truth came out. I got full closure and every question was answered fully. My wife came out not smiling and not happy and nothing went on with Examiner David like it did with the other Norfolk Examiner. I am going to tell every one who reads reviews. I will tell you I called Executive Protection Group first and was told that he could get me in the afternoon, but I was so desperate to get in the morning, that I rushed to the other polygraph. Mr. Goldberg told me not to rush and to ensure that all my questions asked will be asked or I could be sorry later. Well I did not listen of course. My Fiance and I got to this other Norfolk examiner and he was very uncaring, very rushed and appeared after the testing that he truly did not know what he was doing. He said I failed my polygraph and I knew I had never ever cheated on my Fiance. Plus the Norfolk examiner told us it was Inconclusive on one question. Which when we left feeling confused and very upset and not knowing everything. We both left that business crying and upset and felt we got ripped off big time. Well I immediately called Mr. Goldberg back and he was calming had me and my Fiance come to his office that same day, but later.
Mr. Goldberg looked at our one page report, which was not even a report made by the examiner himself. Mr. Goldberg reviewed the report and told me and my Fiance what inconclusive truly meant and it had nothing to do with me, but the way the questions was made up by the other examiner and therefore it was the other examiner's fault. Mr. Goldberg gave me an extensive exam and I passed it with flying colors which I knew. This time the tears were of joy and total exoneration. Well the awesome news was me and my Fiance got married that weekend. Mr. Goldberg saved our relationship my integrity and my reputation. I would never ever go to any other polygraph business in Hampton Roads area for anything and I would never recommend any other examiner ever other than Executive Protection Group and Mr. Goldberg. Do not do what I did and rush and do not do what I did and others have done and gone elsewhere. I am ever so grateful. RWJD.

He told my husband he passed on the relevant question did he ever communicate with any women while in a relationship with his wife? And has he ever had any inappropriate communications with any women while married to his wife?. Well guess what. This Norfolk examiner is a fake and has no right making any decisions on peoples life. My husband lied and beat that Norfolk examiner. How do I know. I rank my experience with David Goldberg as one of the most incredible experiences in my life... and at 64 I have had a few. When I called David I was extremely distraught. An allegation had been made against me that were totally false and that attacked my most cherished and core values. David was able to calm me down. He scheduled the test that day for 2 days later which helped me control my hurt and anguish. I couldn’t wait. Having never had a polygraph test I had no idea of what to expect except for what I had seen on TV. Although there was no truth to the allegation I was still understandably nervous the day of the test. The experience was exhausting but incredibly liberating. Something so serious occurred to me when I was young. I decided it was now as an adult to confront the person who did it and they denied it. It's hard to describe the pain that I was in when I called David. I was hysterical, mid-anxiety attack, and completely lost. I was making so sense whatsoever. He calmed me down (he's a business man, and does NOT have to do that) and asked me to explain what happened, and how he could help. He not only reassured me that if I decided to take the test, and was telling the truth, that he would prove my innocence, but he also gave me some advise that could have pushed my business away. I thought that it was incredible that he wasn't after my money, but he was genuinely trying to help me make a decision on whether taking the test was worth it. It does cost you financially, but he was professional, careful, respectful, and I didn't feel judged not even for a minute. When I went in for the test I was nervous. I knew I was telling the truth but I had a lot on the line and putting my trust into a stranger to reveal MY truth was extremely scary for me. Before you go into the examination room he sits down and shows you all of his business paperwork. Has you fill out some forms. Explains how it works, and allows you to ask as many questions as you'd like. Once you've completed that, he will ask you if you're ready, and he takes you into a comforting room (I was expecting something much more intimidating). The room he has you in is surrounded with all of his professional qualifications and many "thanks" from others including celebrities. I could tell he was the real deal. This did relax me as I was sitting there preparing for the test. It sounds silly, but when you're trying to relax, anything helps! It can be intimidating, but I will tell you that my heart was pounding and my palms were sweating the entire time, and he still got the truth out of me. It was very emotional for me, and it may be for you... but do NOT be nervous if you are telling the truth! He WILL find it. I know that's hard to believe when you are so desperately wanting your innocence to be revealed, but at this point, if you're reading the reviews that way I was in the beginning, this may be your last and only chance! Relax, and TRUST this man! After I took the test and he told me that I passed with flying colors, he took a few minutes to tell me that I was a good person, and that regardless of what the test could or could not fix that I would be just fine, and that I could walk away with my truth in my hand. It was really kind and unnecessary, but I walked away with a strong core, feeling like I could take on whatever else was thrown my way. That I hadn't gone through everything for nothing. My ultimate issue with everything has been resolved with the test results and my gratitude for this man is incomprehensible. I want to first thank David for saving my life. I could have spent 20 years to life in prison for a false accusation I did not do. I was alleged to have raped this woman I met and robbed at a hotel. The woman was so dam sure I did this and took the polygraph after telling everyone and even made a police report. I came to you in hopes to help my case. I did not know what the polygraph was all about except for what I have seen on TV. This was far not like it is shown on TV or in the movies. I called Executive Protection Group after seeing all the great testimonials. Plus I did not feel comfortable about my husband taking an exam in my area. I felt that the examiners may be bias knowing my husband. David Goldberg answered all my questions and gave me great advice. I knew he was the one I would be seeing. Being a single parent and raising a a teen who has gotten into a lot of trouble lately has caused me great concern. I was exasperated with finding no real answers or solutions of getting to the truth of matters. To review or explain the experience with him I first need to say where we were prior to the call and polygraph by Mr. Goldberg and where we are now, results in hand. Mr. David Goldberg, I really can't find the best words to extend my deepest appreciation to you and your firm for the polygraph exam your performed. But here goes, as you know I have been in and out of court for the last year trying to get back custody of my grandchildren from their father. Throughout this entire process I have been asked to provide verbal and written statements and when any and all allegations of child abuse. I was also encourage to document newly allegations of child abuse. This whole process takes a toll on a person soul and emotions knowing that the loved one, children, are being abused and know matter what I do, I cannot stop it. At the April 9, 2021 hearing, the person asking for the supporting evidence which is the Guardian AD Litem and the father together stated to the judge I was making all these lies up and planting these ideas into my grandchildren head and that I was a danger to them and not to have contact with the children. I was emotionally devastated. I did everything I was asked only to have all the evidence turned into my direction. I knew 100% I was telling the truth but my truth alone, it does not matter to the judge in my case. My good fortune did a 180 degrees turn around once I got into contact with you and undergo a polygraph exam. I know if confidence once we present the results of the exam, the judge to know I am truthful and honest. I will and do highly recommend your service to all those who are telling the truth and are being misrepresented as person who lies. I called on David Goldberg after failing a lie detector test from with another agency in Williamsburg Colonial Polygraph Service that I knew I should have passed . My boyfriend had suspected infidelity on my behalf. We met with David and in the middle of the process I showed him the results from my first lie detector test that I had failed. He reviewed it and immediately told me that I had passed the test with flying colors. He broke the numbers down from the vague report. Not having experience with lie detector testing other than researching the legitimacy and practices of it online, I was not sure what to expect until speaking with Mr. Goldberg. During my initial inquiry, he was very, very thorough and made me feel at ease right away. Let's face it, no one hires someone to perform a test just for entertainment purposes. I was a nervous wreck until talking to Mr. Goldberg and asking a plethora of questions. Once I was confident this was the route I wanted to take, I made an appointment for 48 hours out. He definitely is someone who takes the profession seriously and is clearly dedicated to keeping the profession sound - goes by the book to the nth degree. Allow me to tell you my story briefly. I am a federal worker who works in a federal building. I had an affair with a married man that was a co-worker. I knew this from the start. This affair lasted for a long time and got very serious. The affair turned for the worse. I found that the individual I was in a relationship with had cheated on me with another co-worker. I had put a lot into this relationship and wanted to end it. I ended it and called the individual's wife and told her of the affair. The individual I had an affair with had threatened me and had his wife place criminal charges on me for Stalking and Threatening his wife. I knew that this individual had gotten his wife to lie on me in order to protect his job and his reputation. I found Executive Protection Group Polygraph Service and spoke to Mr. Goldberg. It's hard to describe the pain that I was in when I called David. I was hysterical, mid-anxiety attack, and completely lost. I was making no sense whatsoever. He calmed me down (he's a business man, and does NOT have to do that) and asked me to explain what happened, and how he could help. He not only reassured me that if I decided to take the test, and was telling the truth, that he would prove my innocence, but he also gave me some advise that could have pushed his business away. I thought that it was incredible that he wasn't after my money, but he was genuinely trying to help me make a decision on whether taking the test was worth it. It does cost you financially, but he was professional, careful, respectful, and I didn't feel judged not even for a minute.
When I went in for the test I was nervous. I knew I was telling the truth but I had a lot on the line and putting my trust into a stranger to reveal MY truth was extremely scary for me. Before you go into the examination room he sits down and shows you all of his business paperwork. Has you fill out some forms. Explains how it works, and allows you to ask as many questions as you'd like. Once you've completed that, he will ask you if you're ready, and he takes you into a comforting room (I was expecting something much more intimidating). The room he has you in is surrounded with all of his professional qualifications and many "thanks" from others including celebrities. I could tell he was the real deal. This did relax me as I was sitting there preparing for the test. It sounds silly, but when you're trying to relax, anything helps! It CAN be intimidating, but I will tell you that my heart was pounding and my palms were sweating the entire time, and he still got the truth out of me. It was very emotional for me, and it may be for you... but do NOT be nervous if you are telling the truth! He WILL find it. I know that's hard to believe when you are so desperately wanting your innocence to be revealed, but at this point, if you're reading the reviews that way I was in the beginning, this may be your last and only chance! Relax, and TRUST this man!
After I took the test and he told me that I passed with flying colors, he took a few minutes to tell me that I was a good person, and that regardless of what the test could or could not fix that I would be just fine, and that I could walk away with my truth in my hand. It was really kind and unnecessary, but I walked away with a strong core, feeling like I could take on whatever else was thrown my way. That I hadn't gone through everything for nothing.
My ultimate issue with everything has been resolved with the test results and my gratitude for this man is incomprehensible.

In December 2010 I was accused of one the most detrimental crimes any man could ever be accused of. Rape of a woman. I am in the US Navy Active Duty. I knew I had not raped any woman and was going to fight this to the very end of my life. I had taken a polygraph with the Govt.
